Send in 5 friends and you can qualify for

$5.00 of off any body piercing;

or, $10 off of any tattoo.

Send in 8 friends and you can qualify for

$10.00 of off any body piercing,

or $20 off of any tattoo ($75.00 or higher).

Send in 12 friends and you can qualify for

$15.00 of off any body piercing,

or $30 off of any tattoo ($100.00 or higher).

Then in a 6 month period of time;

(beween October - March & April - September)

the person who sends in the most refurals can win up to $300 off of tattoos or body piercings; depending on the actual number of refurals you send in.

Rules:

Your friend needs to be a new client, (or have not had a service at Living Art for at least 1 year.)

You must have both your full name and your phone number written on the release form that your friend fills out.

You must redeem your reward within a

six month period of time
